SeriSync is developed and operated by me, Óli Jákup Finnsson, as an independent developer based in Denmark. By using SeriSync, you agree to these Terms of Service.
SeriSync is a TV show and movie tracking application that helps you keep track of what you're watching and shows you which streaming services have each season available in your country. Streaming availability data is provided by third party services and may not always be fully up to date or accurate.
You may use SeriSync for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Streaming availability information shown in SeriSync is sourced from third party providers (TMDB and Movie of the Night). While I do my best to show accurate, up-to-date information, I cannot guarantee that the data is always correct or current.
International streaming availability is shown at the show level and may not reflect which specific seasons are available in each country. Always verify availability directly with the streaming service before subscribing.
Show information, posters, and related content displayed in SeriSync is provided by TMDB and is subject to their terms. Streaming availability data is provided by Movie of the Night. I do not claim ownership of any third party content.
The SeriSync name, logo, and original code are my own property.
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SeriSync at any time, with or without notice. I may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
I will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes through the app or on this page.
SeriSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SeriSync, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on inaccurate streaming availability information.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
